跌落式熔斷器的故(gu)障檢(jian)測(ce)與維護

如今日常生活的用電量(liang)越來(lai)越大,作為保護(hu)輸配(pei)電線(xian)路(lu)的跌落式熔斷(duan)器開(kai)始逐步受到重(zhong)視(shi)。由于(yu)關(guan)于(yu)保(bao)護居民(min)正(zheng)常用電有(you)著重(zhong)要(yao)的效果。跌落式(shi)熔(rong)斷器(qi)是10KV配電線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)分支線(xian)(xian)及(ji)配電變(bian)壓器(qi)常用的(de)短路(lu)(lu)保護設(she)備。

一、跌落式熔斷器保護監測

跌落式熔斷(duan)器又(you)叫跌落式開關或跌落保險器(qi),一般由絕(jue)緣子、上下接觸導電系(xi)(xi)統和熔管等構(gou)成。熔斷(duan)器(qi)在(zai)正常作業(ye)時,熔絲管憑(ping)仗熔絲張緊(jin)后(hou)構(gou)成閉(bi)合方位(wei)。當系(xi)(xi)統產生故障時,故障電(dian)流超越熔(rong)(rong)體(ti)(絲)的(de)額外動作值(zhi)時,熔(rong)(rong)體(ti)會(hui)按其反時限的(de)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)特征熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan),斷(duan)口(kou)在(zai)熔(rong)(rong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內產生電(dian)弧(hu),電(dian)弧(hu)高溫致使(shi)消(xiao)弧(hu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內壁產生許(xu)多的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti),高壓氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)向(xiang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)外高速噴出(chu),將電(dian)弧(hu)吹滅(mie)。熔(rong)(rong)絲熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)后,熔(rong)(rong)絲的(de)拉力消(xiao)失,使(shi)消(xiao)弧(hu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)上方動觸(chu)頭的(de)鎖緊安排開釋,消(xiao)弧(hu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)自(zi)重力及靜觸(chu)頭彈(dan)力的(de)效果(guo)下,繞其下軸翻(fan)轉(zhuan)跌落,使動態觸頭(tou)別(bie)離,構成明(ming)顯的開斷方(fang)位。


二、跌落式熔斷器的設(she)備監測

熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)各部件(jian)的(de)本體、設備(bei)質(zhi)量(liang)關系到熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)能(neng)否對配電(dian)變(bian)壓器(qi)和線路起到保護(hu)效果,因(yin)此熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)的(de)設備(bei)前、設備(bei)后監(jian)測(ce)不容忽(hu)視(shi)。

(一(yi))設備前監測(ce)(ce):應(ying)監測(ce)(ce)產品的類型(xing)、規(gui)范是否與規(gui)劃(hua)材料相符,附件、備件是否完備,運(yun)用(yong)說(shuo)明書產品合格證(zheng)實驗報告等是(shi)(shi)否(fou)完全。將熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器各部(bu)分擦洗潔凈(jing),監測部(bu)分螺紋(wen)聯接(jie)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)緊固,各轉軸部(bu)分是(shi)(shi)否(fou)活(huo)絡,鑄件(jian)不(bu)應有裂紋(wen)、砂眼、銹蝕,瓷件(jian)出色,彈簧(huang)有無銹蝕,熔(rong)(rong)絲管(guan)不(bu)應有受潮脹(zhang)大或曲折現象,導電接(jie)觸部(bu)位是(shi)(shi)否(fou)接(jie)觸出色,對(dui)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器做(zuo)耐壓(ya)實驗。

(二)設備(bei)后監(jian)測(ce):應監(jian)測(ce)跌落式熔(rong)斷器設備工藝,首要監(jian)測(ce)內容有:熔(rong)斷器部件規整完全(quan)無損傷;設備健壯(zhuang)、擺放(fang)規整,設備高度應(ying)距地上垂直(zhi)間隔不小(xiao)于(yu)4.5米的(de)橫(heng)擔上(shang),熔管軸線與(yu)地上(shang)垂線之(zhi)間的(de)夾角(jiao)為15-30度(du),熔斷器水平相間(jian)間(jian)隔不(bu)小(xiao)于500mm;上、下(xia)引線壓緊,與線路導(dao)線的聯接緊密牢靠;熔(rong)絲規范正確,熔(rong)絲兩端壓緊、彈力適(shi)中,無擰傷、克斷現(xian)象(xiang);熔(rong)管(guan)長度適(shi)宜,操(cao)作活絡,接觸(chu)緊密,無卡阻難合閘或松(song)動自行掉管(guan)現(xian)象(xiang)。

 

三、跌落式(shi)熔斷器常(chang)見故障處(chu)理

(一)誤操作(zuo)跌落式熔(rong)斷器引發相間短路故障

1、帶負(fu)荷(he)操作熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)(qi)。在(zai)未(wei)停(ting)運低壓(ya)負(fu)荷(he)的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,就將熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)(qi)的(de)熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)管(guan)挑落下來,這是典(dian)型的(de)帶負(fu)荷(he)操作熔(rong)(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)(qi)。在(zai)帶負(fu)荷(he)誤擺開(kai)榜(bang)輔弼時,大多數(shu)情(qing)況(kuang)與斷(duan)開(kai)并聯回路(lu)或(huo)(huo)環(huan)路(lu)差不(bu)多,斷(duan)開(kai)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)(jiao)低,不(bu)會產(chan)生劇烈弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)。而在(zai)帶負(fu)荷(he)擺開(kai)第(di)二相(xiang)(xiang)時,由于斷(duan)口(kou)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為線電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),其斷(duan)口(kou)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)(jiao)高,會構成較(jiao)(jiao)大的(de)弧(hu)(hu)光(guang),或(huo)(huo)許導致相(xiang)(xiang)鄰各相(xiang)(xiang)產(chan)生弧(hu)(hu)光(guang)短路(lu),將會挾制人身(shen)及設備的(de)安全。而在(zai)擺開(kai)第(di)三相(xiang)(xiang)時,因電(dian)(dian)路(lu)已趨于開(kai)路(lu)(無電(dian)(dian)流(liu)或(huo)(huo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)很小),不(bu)會產(chan)生電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)。

2、有(you)風(feng)(feng)氣候時,未(wei)按操作次第操作熔(rong)斷(duan)器(qi)(qi)。有(you)風(feng)(feng)氣候時,未(wei)按操作次第先拉(la)中(zhong)(zhong)心相(xiang)(xiang),再拉(la)背(bei)風(feng)(feng)的(de)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)相(xiang)(xiang),最(zui)終拉(la)迎風(feng)(feng)的(de)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)相(xiang)(xiang)。由(you)于配(pei)電(dian)變壓器(qi)(qi)由(you)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)作業改為(wei)兩相(xiang)(xiang)作業,擺(bai)開中(zhong)(zhong)心相(xiang)(xiang)時所產生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)弧(hu)火花最(zui)小,不致構成相(xiang)(xiang)間(jian)短路。擺(bai)開背(bei)風(feng)(feng)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)相(xiang)(xiang),由(you)于中(zhong)(zhong)心相(xiang)(xiang)已被擺(bai)開,背(bei)風(feng)(feng)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)相(xiang)(xiang)與迎風(feng)(feng)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)相(xiang)(xiang)的(de)間(jian)隔增加了(le)一(yi)倍,產生(sheng)弧(hu)光引(yin)起相(xiang)(xiang)間(jian)短路的(de)或許性很小,擺(bai)開迎風(feng)(feng)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)相(xiang)(xiang)時,僅(jin)有(you)配(pei)電(dian)變壓器(qi)(qi)對(dui)地的(de)電(dian)容(rong)電(dian)流,產生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)火花則更是細微。
